Hoyo de Monterrey Hoyo du Maire

The Hoyo de Monterrey brand has been around since 1860 and its name is inspired by the topography of the plantation. It is located at a low point right next to the San Juan Y Martinez river. The word Hoyo, translated from Spanish, means hole.

The cigars of the Hoyo de Monterrey brand are made exclusively from tobacco from the plantation of the same name in the heart of the Vuelta Abajo region of Cuba.

This light cigar is a delicate little cigar with a subtle taste, slightly honeyed and very slightly floral.
