Packaging
Handmade cigars, like the ones we carry, require the constant right conditions in terms of humidity and temperature. Our cigars are therefore shipped vacuum sealed and securely packaged.
Delivery time
Orders that we receive by 3:00 p.m. are usually delivered the next business day. In case of any delays, we will inform you by e-mail.
Delivery fees
Within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein we charge a flat rate of CHF 8.95 postage up to a value of CHF 300, above that we deliver free of charge. For express delivery, a postal package price of CHF 20.00 applies, regardless of the value of the goods. For parcels weighing more than 10 kg, corresponding weight surcharges apply, which can be seen in the checkout process.
We deliver exclusively within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. We do not deliver abroad.
Exchange
If you do not wish to keep a shipment of goods, please return the complete shipment within 10 days from the date of invoice in perfect and unused condition, in the original packaging.
In case of cigars with bad draw, please return them in a plastic bag, even if they are already smoked. No compensation can be claimed without returning the rejected cigars.
Claims for damages due to incorrect illustrations, texts, prices, late or defective delivery are excluded.
